LEED Platinum Acheived

The Ellis Home has achieved the certification of LEED Platinum! The first home to do so in Washington State outside of Seattle. Congratulations to all team members involved, and a special thank you to the Smallwood Design & Construction employees for their amazing work to help achieve such a prestigious award for the Ellis house.
